Viva Bris Vegas ...

Brandied strawberries with pumpkin and vanilla bean gelati, and basil. Sounds weird but it was delicious! This from Al Dente at Middle Park.

Spinach and ricotta ravioli with prawn and crab sauce. Just gorgeous. Again, Al Denta at Middle Park. We highly recommend it.

H. tucks into spaghetti bolognaise which is even better than Daddy's! Courtesy of Al Dente.

C. noshing on ham and pineapple pizza - nothing like Domino's and for that we were grateful!

Aussie afternoon tea - a meringue caterpillar for C, and a marshmallow for H. I know - how healthy are they?

H. munching on a Peking Duck pancake

C. also loves his Peking Duck.

Mmm Peking Duck. My mother's day treat
Breakfast at Rocklea Market. C. plumped for a bacon and egg roll, and pineapple juice.

Missy wanted Dutch pancakes.

Hungry little boy tucks in.

Mmm, Yatala pie

Husband had his with all the trimmings - mushy peas, potato and gravy

C. plumped for an apple pie

Face-painting fashion parade on Pacific Blue. Pacific Blue are so great for kids (and parents)!

C. chose to be a demon

H. was a Princess. Apparently.

Daddy's little girl.

wow - you guys did a LOT of eating while you were away!! :-) Am envious! (not sure about that first weird strawberry thing, though...)

Am very impressed by Pacific Blue from your description of your experiences...hope to try them out myself soon!

Pacific Blue face paints? Wow, when we went to LA, we didn't get ANYTHING from Qantas.

All that food looks GREAT to me. Even the strawberry thing. I want to try roasting duck. And my husband is all, where on earth are you going to find duck.
